What is the 2020 Census?

The 2020 Census happens every 10 years, where every person living in the 50 states, District of Columbia, and five U.S. territories will be counted. The count is mandated by the Constitution and conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau.

The census provides data that lawmakers or business owners use to provide daily services that support you and your community. The data helps distribute billions of dollars in federal funds that may go to schools, hospitals, roads and much more.

AAMA is partnering with UnidosUS to assure that our community is represented in the 2020 Census.
