Adeeb Barqawi has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, as an award-winning high school physics teacher with Teach for America, and is now President/CEO of ProUnitas Inc, which provides technology to school districts to support students’ mental health and basic needs. He is an alumnus of the Center for Houston’s Future Fall 2015 Business/Civic Executive Leadership Forum, and a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum Class XXXVII. In 2017, Adeeb was appointed by the Texas State Board of Education to serve on the Texas Long-Range Plan for Public Education steering committee.

Charles Ezell has 35 years of experience in strategic planning, process improvement and large accounts management in the food industry. Currently an account manager with Goya Foods, he holds multiple awards for business development and sales success in four states and the Pacific Northwest. Charles is active in his church and community, serving as a mentor to high school students. He also is a youth sports coach and has built his own performance and recording studio to encourage and nurture young musicians.

Ricardo M. Mago is a Certified Internal Auditor with over 13 years of audit experience in major accounting firms and the healthcare insurance and energy industries. He is currently the Senior Manager of Accounting with Community Health Choice, where he leads the Internal Audit function of a managed care organization serving 400,000 members in southeast Texas. Ricardo is also a member of the TC Energy’s Houston Office Joint Health, Safety, and Environment Committee.

Misha McClure has over 18 years of experience in the community relations and PR arena, and currently serves as External Affairs Director for Comcast-Houston Region, leading all philanthropic giving and Digital Equity efforts. She is a graduate of Comcast’s high-potential development program, “Developing a Leadership Mindset,” and the Women in Cable Telecommunications Inspire Mentor Program. Misha was honored at the 2018 Southern University Alumni Federation National Conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for promoting the mission of the University.

Crystal E. Ramon-Miranda has 18 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, and currently is an engineer with Chevron. She has served on AAMA’s Development and gala committees from 2019 to 2022 and as a STEM judge and scholarship reviewer at Rice University and school science fairs. Crystal was recently recognized as a 2022 Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility and received the Star of Today Award from the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.
