AAMA’s Early Childhood Center provides childcare to the community. The center accepts infants from six weeks of age to 4 years old. Children who are three and four years of age may be enrolled in our Pre-Kindergarten program.

The Early Childhood Center is a model United Way Bright Beginnings Program and a Workforce Solutions Texas Rising Star Certified Program. All care givers have earned the Certified Development Associate (CDA) credential.

The Center follows the principles of Dr. Emmi Pikler, who emphasized treating babies with respect and allowing them to follow their inborn developmental timetables. The center provides full day and summer school childcare according to the Sanchez Charter School calendar and hours of operation.

AAMA’s Early Childhood Center offers a bilingual Pre-Kindergarten program to children who are three and four years of age.

Recognizing that each child is a unique and special individual, our child-centered approach focuses on each child’s needs, abilities, interests and learning styles. Through hands-on exploration, children develop a love of learning and become active participants in their own learning and development.

We offer half-day options – both morning and afternoon – for three-year-old's, and a full-day session for four-year-old's.
